I try my best to ship out orders within 48 hours of the receipt of order from my home studio in Oakville, excluding weekends and holidays. Please make sure your shipping information is 100% correct as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package has been delivered to stated shipping address. 

 

 

How much is shipping?

  • Standard Canada on orders over $75: 3 to 7 business days** - free
  • Standard Canada on orders under $75: 3 to 7 business days** - $3
  • Expedited Canada On all orders: 3 to 7 business days** - $12
  • Standard USA on all orders: 5-10 business days - $6
  • Fed Ex Priority USA: 1 business day - $25* excluding weekends and holidays
  • Fed Ex Economy USA: 2 business days - $20* excluding weekends and holidays
  • Fed Ex International Economy: 4 business days - $32* excluding weekends and holidays

 

 

DUTIES & INSURANCE

 

Packages entering countries outside of Canada may be subject to duties and taxes. Please note that Mint Jewellery is not responsible for these fees, as we are not able to control them. Duties and taxes vary by country, for more information, please contact your local government customs office.

all parcels are insured up to $100 using Canada Post or Fed Ex.
